Cherokee NC Festival of Native Peoples 2010

So last weekend my daughter and I went to Cherokee NC to the reservation to check out the Festival of Native Peoples that they have every summer. This was the second time I’ve been there (or was it the third?)

It’s really awesome, because not only do the Cherokee dance, but they have members of many nations across North America come.

It’s a 2 day show. I had to do the market Saturday morning, so we got there by 4 pm and stayed until 8 or so. Of course, I left my camera at home so the pictures are a bit crappy from my cell phone. But at least you can get an idea of what we saw.
